How much Vitamin D should a person take daily?

According to Eat Right Ontario, people under the age of 70 should drink 2 cups of milk or fortified soy beverage each day plus take a 400 IU (international units) of Vitamin D

supplement each day. " I personally prescribe Vitamin D to all my patients that have one or more implants placed.  It improves healing of the bone." says Dr. Podilsky
